How to Use

Here are the steps to use the SUGAR Arrested For Overstay Waterproof Eyeliner in "I'll Be Black":

Start by shaking the eyeliner well to make sure the formula is well-mixed.
Hold the brush tip of the eyeliner close to the lash line and start from the inner corner of the eye.
Slowly and carefully, trace the upper lash line towards the outer corner, following the natural shape of your eye.
If desired, you can create a wing by extending the line at the outer corner of the eye.
Repeat the process on the other eye.
To ensure a smudge-proof finish, let the eyeliner dry completely before opening your eyes.
For added definition, you can apply a second layer of liner if desired.

Note: If you make any mistakes, use a clean cotton swab to gently remove the liner and start again.
