Refund and Returns Policy

Our aim is to provide you the best shopping experience for each time you visit our website. We're sorry if you are not statisfied by the service provided by Stargloww. Please read the Returns, Refund & Cancellation Policy

SECTION 1 - AUTHENTICITY

At Stargloww, We sell only Original Products. We take pride in providing only authentic products to our customers. Our items are sourced directly from the manufacturer or their authorized distributors and undergo multiple quality checks before being shipped to ensure their authenticity. If you have any doubts about the authenticity of any product you have purchased or are considering purchasing from us, please reach out to us by emailing thestargloww@gmail.com or you can directly whatsapp us on +91-8095568884 Our team will be happy to assist you and address any concerns you may have.

SECTION 2 - RETURNS POLICY

At Stargloww, we believe in providing a hassle-free shopping experience for our customers. That's why we offer a transparent returns policy for all full-size products purchased from our online store. You can return any unused products within 7 days of receipt, as long as they have not been used. To initiate a return, simply email us at thestargloww@gmail.com or you can directly whatsapp us on +91-8095568884 and we will guide you through the process.

Please note that used products cannot be returned. For cosmetics, it is important that the product has not been tried or used and the packaging has not been tampered with in any way. For reverse pickup, the request will be processed within 24-48 hours and the product will be picked up within the next 1-5 business days. During pickup, the delivery executive will check the product and the invoice (if available) if it's not matching then we have the right to cancel the returns request. For Ex: If the Product is used or damaged from your side we will not accept the Return Request

Please note that products purchased under clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.

Any single product in the kit/set cannot be replaced or returned.
 
If there is gift order along with the actual order, then gifted item or free item should also be returned.

SECTION 3 - REFUNDS POLICY

Refunds for returned products will be processed within a maximum of 15 days from the date of receipt by Stargloww. For prepaid orders made through a credit card, debit card, or net banking, the refund will be credited back to the original payment account within 2-10 working days. For Cash-on-Delivery orders, the refund will be through a bank transfer for which the necessary details need to be provided by email to thestargloww@gmail.com. The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment account within 3-5 working days. Please refer to the below table for refund time.

i) Debit Card is refunded in 7-9 working days from the date when refund was processed by the merchant. The average is 3-4 days.
ii)The refund to wallet is immediate
UPIThe refund is credited to the UPI linked account using IMPS.Refund is credited back on the same or the next day.
UPI + Walleti)The wallet amount is refunded back to the user’s wallet.
ii)UPI amount is refunded back to the user’s account using IMPS.
i)Refund to wallet is immediate.
ii)For IMPS, the refund is credited back on the same or the next day.
WalletThe amount is refunded back to the user’s wallet.Refund to wallet is immediate.

Please note that Cash-on-Delivery charges and shipping charges or any other additional charges, if applicable, are non-refundable. Sometimes due to bank server the refund amount might be delayed.

SECTION 4 - CANCELLATION POLICY

An order can only be cancelled if it is in the "Processing" state. Once the order is being under packing, the order cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, please send an email to thestargloww@gmail.com with the reasons for the cancellation you can directly whatsapp us on +91-8095568884 . We will do our best to process your request within 1-2 business days and you will be notified of the cancellation via email.
