Here are the steps to use the SUGAR Wingman Waterproof Microliner in "I'll Be Black":

1. Begin by sharpening the tip of the eyeliner pencil to ensure a clean and precise application.
2. Start by lining the base of the upper lash line, as close to the lashes as possible.
3. Continue to line the upper lash line, following the natural shape of your eye, until you reach the end of the lash line.
4. If desired, you can create a wing by extending the line at the outer corner of the eye.
5. Repeat the process on the other eye.
6. To ensure a smudge-proof finish, let the eyeliner dry completely before opening your eyes.
7. For added definition, you can apply a second layer of liner if desired.

Note: If you make any mistakes, use a clean cotton swab to gently remove the liner and start again.
